You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched where you will be able to follow your order's journey. If you have not received your order 5 working days after the expected delivery date, then please contact us at help@lovebrandsdirect.com
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can login to our returns portal which can be found here. Returns will be charged at £2.50, this will be automatically deducted from your refund amount once we have processed your return at our warehouse.

2. Enter your email. You will be sent a 6 digit OTP (One time passcode) to this email.
3. Enter the 6 digit code from your email confirmation back in the Web App. Click "confirm".
4. Select the orders tab and click on "Add an order".
5. Enter your order No: #XXXXX and click on "Check order number".
6. Click on the item(s) you want to send back from the order items overview.
7. Select the most suitable return reason from the list that will appear from the bottom of the screen.
8. Preview your return details and confirm.
9. A QR code will be generated and all the necessary details for your return will be sent to your email. Kindly take a moment to review your email confirmation and locate the link labeled 'Dropoff Directions'. This will provide you with a comprehensive list of all our convenient drop-off points.
10. Visit your nearest Collect+ 'dropoff' location, show the QR code and you're done!
If your item is faulty please email help@lovebrandsdirect.com with images and details.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days once it has arrived back at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm. All returns sent using our returns portal can be tracked using the link below. If you have not heard from us after 14 days of us receiving the parcel, please get in touch so that we can look into it for you.
