We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can login to our returns portal which can be found here.  Returns will be charged at £2.50, this will be automatically deducted from your refund amount once we have processed your return at our warehouse.

If your return is faulty then please email help@lovebrandsdirect.com with images and details of the fault. If the return is approved then you will be sent a returns label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.  All parcels returned to us will be processed for a refund providing they meet the return policy requirements

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
